Returns 

Emblem Tools has a 30-day return policy for our Tesla emblem alignment tool and other products. This means customers have 30 days after receiving their purchase to request a return. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same unused condition you received it. In addition, it must be placed in its original packaging and still have its tags. You will also need to include proof of purchase.

Start the return process by contacting us at sales@emblemtools.com. Returned Tesla Model 3 hood emblem templates and other products must be sent to this address:

Once we process and accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Thoroughly inspect your purchased Tesla emblem alignment tool once you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Inform us as soon as possible so we can promptly evaluate and resolve your concern. Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

After receiving and inspecting your returned Tesla emblem alignment tool, we will notify you if the refund is approved. For approved refunds, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be patient as your bank or credit card company may need some time to fully process and post the refund.
